Event Details

A care-filled reclamation of lost parts is the first in the collection of experiential works created for SeeChange 2019: What the body knows (but may have forgotten). Festival Director, Dr Natalie McDonagh, and Annette Tesoriero invite you to join them for a piece of gently paced self-inquiry into aspects of our selves that we may have abandoned or left behind somewhere along life’s path. This facilitated session will yield the most benefit to those who are genuinely curious about the character of their mind. The method of self-inquiry used in this immersive experience draws on modes of thinking associated with making works of visual art, sculpture and performance. The work is contemplative and largely conducted in silence. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Places limited to 15. Booking required.
