Shipping & returns
Collection and delivery of purchased artworks
As a volunteer-run, community arts association Jervis Bay and Basin Arts Inc. does not have the resources to handle shipping on behalf of artists and makers exhibiting and selling work in our 2020 online exhibition.
Online sales via the SeeChange website do not include arrangements for collection or delivery of the artwork, or any costs involved if shipping to the buyer is required.
- All exhibiting artists and makers are members of Jervis Bay and Basin Arts Inc.
- All artists and makers who are exhibiting and selling their work have agreed to a set of Terms & Conditions confirming that they understand that delivery arrangements are entirely their responsibility.
- In the unlikely event a buyer does not receive the appropriate response and assistance from an artist or maker Jervis Bay and Basin Arts will contact that member on the buyer’s behalf.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Please make your selection carefully. Jervis Bay and Basin Arts is not able to accept returns, offer refunds or make exchanges. You are welcome to contact us if you need any clarification on this.
In the case that the artwork you purchase is shipped to you (rather than delivered by the artist or collected by you) and it does not arrive in good condition, please contact the artist directly.
